We live in a society where people from older and younger generations are often kept separate, and yet strong ties between these groups are central to healthy communities. Generations Literary Alliance directly addresses this issue by using literary arts experiences to bring together older and younger generations, facilitating opportunities for shared intellectual and creative growth. Our programs provide the in-depth, meaningful interaction between generations that is currently lacking in our society, and participation mutually benefits people from both age groups, positively impacting our community as a result.
